If something is wrong, tell us and we will answer. A person reads it, not a queue.
How to complain
Email [email protected], use the form on the Get in touch page, or write to Lightmorphic Ltd, 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. Tell us what happened, what you expected instead, and how you would like it put right.
If the complaint is about work we did for you, the person who did it is the quickest route and they are on the other end of the same address.
What happens next
We acknowledge every complaint within five working days and give a full answer within twenty. If it is going to take longer than that we say so and tell you why, rather than going quiet.
Complaints go to a person. Lightmorphic is a small company and the people who do the work read the post.
If you are still unhappy
Say so in reply and we will look at it again. For a data protection complaint you also have the right to go to the Information Commissioner's Office at any point, without coming to us first. For a complaint about accessibility, the Equality Advisory and Support Service advises on rights under the Equality Act 2010.
