What this site is, and the limits that come with it.

This site

lightmorphic.com is the company site of Lightmorphic Ltd. It describes our two studios, Buildmorphic and Sitemorphic, and points to the things we have built. It is provided for information. We keep it accurate and correct mistakes when we find them, but we do not promise every detail is current at the moment you read it.

The studios and the apps

Buildmorphic and Sitemorphic each have their own site and their own terms, and those are the ones that apply when you buy from them. Prices mentioned here are theirs, may change, and the studio's own site is the authority on what is offered and at what price. Each app we list has its own site, its own terms and, where it is free software, its own licence. Nothing on this page adds to or changes any of them.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from relying on it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Other people's material

The photographs and screenshots on this site are ours, or are of our own work. Each app's name and icon belong to that app. The type is Manrope, used under the SIL Open Font Licence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
