If something here is wrong, tell us and we will answer.

About work by Buildmorphic or Sitemorphic

Each studio has its own site with its own way to reach us, and the person who did the work is the quickest route. If you are not sure which to use, write to the address below and we will pass it on.

Anything else

Email complaints@lightmorphic.com, or write to Lightmorphic Ltd, 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE. Tell us what happened, what you expected instead, and how you would like it put right.

What happens next

We acknowledge every complaint within five working days and give a full answer within twenty. If it will take longer than that, we say so and tell you why, rather than going quiet.

Complaints go to a person, not a queue. Lightmorphic is a small company and the people who do the work read the post.

If you are still unhappy

Say so in reply and we will look at it again. For a data protection complaint you also have the right to go to the Information Commissioner's Office at any point, without coming to us first.
